On this device

Local storage and session storage hold guest counters, filters, shuffle history, the current meal and avatar choices. Uploaded profile photos remain on this browser and are not uploaded to account storage. IndexedDB holds cached profiles, scheduled meals, food reference data and pending profile/calendar changes, partitioned by account.

Account records and sync

Your account stores your email, protected sign-in information, biological profile, saved recipes and scheduled meals. Access is scoped to the signed-in owner. Pending profile and calendar writes retry in ten-minute batches while the app is open and when it reopens or reconnects. They are not available on another device until synced. Shared meal links publish a snapshot you choose to share.

External processing

Manual meal generation and portion boosts use local references. Requests to the AI assistant transmit the text you submit for interpretation; avoid including sensitive personal information. Support messages are stored with your account. Nutrition figures are estimates.

Clearing and deleting

Clearing this site's browser data removes local photos, caches, counters, history and unsent changes. It does not delete records already synced to your account. Use Delete Account for account deletion. On a shared device, sign out and clear browser data; local data is not encrypted against someone with access to your browser.
